Frequently Asked Questions FOR ALL CLIENTS only office and online are labeled.
Office visits take place in a professional but comfortable setting. I am able to maintain privacy by confidential voicemail, and encrypted email. Meeting only by appointment makes it less likely to experience waiting time. Ample parking parking for clients with appointments, make office visits simple, and comfortable to schedule and attend.
What if I have a question prior to our next session?
For non-emergency needs, clients can message through the secure portal within your own account or call.

For your safety, if you have an emergency please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
What if I don't know how to fill out the paperwork
I will send you a very easy couple of forms to fill out for online, and the same for office. If you have difficulty we can work together! I will also send step by step directions- this is so whether you are in the office or on a video session, we have little to do in that department. I choose to focus on you. That is why I have simplified my forms to make things less difficult for my clients. We can discuss things at our consultation, and you can ask as you need through your portal or HIPAA secure email.
What is Telehealth?
Telehealth is the use of video and audio technologies to support long-distance services between providers and their clients.

I use a practice management program that to organize my appointments, notes, and billing (secure credit card payment). It is HIPAA compliant and secure.
